Santtu Mustonen is a Finnish artist living and working in Brooklyn New York. By combining abstract, handcrafted visual with new technology, Mustonen will take advantage of the Koch Theater's towering height and multiple vantage point to create a large-scale video installation created from a series of original, digitally altered paintings produced especially for the New York City Ballet. The program this evening being: "Shimmering Asphalt" (Lidberg) "Times are Racing" (Peck) and"Fearful Symmetrie"s (Adams/Martins). Please note that his amazing art-work will also be displayed at February 3 and February 23 rd performances.
