Ondrej Havelka & His Melody Makers is a renowned Czech band that plays the best of American and Central European jazz and swing music from the 1920s and 1930s. It is a show designed to emulate the typical manners of those times, complete with costumes and hairdos. The 1920s were a time of extreme importance in both the United States and recently independent Czechoslovak Republic, after the United States and President Woodrow Wilson supported Tomas Garrigue Masaryk and the republic at the end of World War I in 1918. A festive way to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Czechoslovak Independence!  RSVP needed. Semi-formal event.
